Silence garden bench

CONCEPT
The Silent Garden Bench is a sitting element designed for a new meditation centre of the Medical Center of Alkmaar. It is located in a central but quiet part of the hospital with a view across the courtyard. The Silent Garden Bench is made of an aluminum frame, upholstered with wool. This ‘layering’ concept is also to be found in the rest of the garden. The layers create shelter and depth. The woolen upholstery offers privacy and comfort.
